Costa Rica está situado en un lugar estratégico para los amantes de la naturaleza. Está bordeado por el Océano Pacífico en el oeste y por el Mar Caribe en el este. El país es hogar de muchas montañas, siendo la más alta el Cerro Chirripó con 3820 metros. En muchas de las cordilleras se pueden encontrar volcanes activos e inactivos. Actualmente los volcanes que han llamado la atención del público son Arenal, Poás y Turrialba.
Costa Rica is located in a strategic place for nature lovers. It is bordered by the Pacific Ocean on the west and the Caribbean Sea on the east. The country is home to many mountains, the highest being Mt. Chirripo at 3820 meters (12,533 ft). Many of the mountain ranges also have active and inactive volcanoes. Nowadays the volcanoes that are in the public eye are Arenal, Poas, and Turrialba.
